Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
  • We cannot accept returns on customized or special order items
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that have been worn
Note: Based on our product categories (Casual, Hiking, Running, Sandals, Soccer, Trail, Walking), we cannot accept returns on sandals that show signs of wear due to hygiene considerations.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate your return request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our customer service team to send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  5. Ship your return to the address provided (you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas as noted on our website):

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
