Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: International shipments (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Run Vibe footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special order items
  • Sandals showing any signs of wear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate your return: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for instructions: Our team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return form
  3. Package your item: Securely in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Include documentation: Completed return form must be included
  5. Ship your return: Send to the address provided (customer pays return shipping unless the return is our error)

Exchange Process

To exchange for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference

Performance Promise: As specialists in running, hiking, and trail footwear, we test our products rigorously. If you’re unsatisfied with your footwear’s performance, contact us – we’ll help find the right solution.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-10 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement

International Returns

For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or duties
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
